A novelization of the biography of preteen Cruyff when, between ten and twelve years old, begins to take seriously his early vocation as a soccer player. Throughout its 200 pages including the recreation of the disputed games with friends and not so friends at the streets of Betondorp, a working class neighborhood in Amsterdam, at their first steps into the ranks of Ajax, the loving club, his growing mastery of the basics of a sport that, before long, will become a world star.
